Default Shark River Dredging

Just read on the NJDOT website they awarded the dredging of the state channels for $7.6 million. It says it will start in the upcoming months and go through winter 2016. Removal of 102,000 cubic yards of silt and sediment. Hope it starts soon.

LONG LONG OVERDUE. Like twenty years. Bottomed out years ago in the back channel several times during full moon low tides.
