Default DANOS Seafood Soup

This receipe is more like a chowder - this will make aprox 6 - 7 quarts'

DANS TOMATO SEAFOOD SOUP / STEW
1 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 CUP CHOPPED RED PEPPER
2 TBL OLIVE OIL
28 OUNCES OF DICED TOMATOES ( DO NOT DRAIN )
30 OUNCES OF VICTORIAS MARIANA SAUCE
2 CUPS OF HOT SALSA CAN USE MED BUT NOT MILD
1 1/2 CUPS OF LOW SALT CHICKEN BROTH
1 CUP PINOT GREIGO WINE
6 TEAS OF DRIED PARSLEY
1 TEAS OF DRIED OREGANO
1/2 TEAS PEPPER
1 TEAS DRIED BASIL
1/2 TEAS SALT
1 1/4 LBS OF UNCOOKED SHRIMP THAWED PEELED DEVEINED
CUT EACH ONE IN BITE SIZE PIECES ( ABOUT 3 )
2 LBS OF CRAB MEAT - CULINARY PRESERVE CLAW OR LUMP
3 6 1/2 OUNCE CANS OF SNOWS MINCED CLAMS IN CLAM JUICE (DO NOT DRAIN )

- IN A LARGE DUTCH OVEN OR BIG POT ( 6 QT SIZE ) SAUTE ONION, PEPPERS, AND
GARLIC WITH OIL UNTIL ONIONS ARE SOFT. STIR IN TOMATOES, MARIANA SAUCE,
SALSA, CHICKEN BROTH, WINE AND SEASONING. BRING TO A BOIL REDUCE HEAT AND
SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES COVERED.
- ADD SHRIMP, CRAB AND CLAMS WITH JUICE, COVER AND SIMMER FOR another 30 minutes
OR UNTIL SHRIMP IS PINK
***** CAUTION YOUR BRAINS WILL FALL OUT OF BOTH OF YOUR EARS
THIS IS NOT A CHEAP DISH BUT CHEAP DOESN'T GO ALONG WITH GREAT

It does sound like a good recipe or a cheap night in vegas... but I think i will give this one a shot but since the bank is getting broke already Im going to up it and add some lobster and other shellfish of sorts- ill let ya know how it comes out. thanks for the direction
