sunday pines lake ice fishing report (pb)

Well after working all day sat i had the itch to fish! Gave duck or bleed and jimmy live bait a call and it was a go game on! Got to duck or bleeds honey hole around eleven set up the tip ups and started picking lmb up to four lbs right off the bat. continued with a steady pull of lmb,a perch, and some pickerels. We had two suckers out swinging for mr pike and no gotzz. Flag goes off in the distance i run up to the hole the tip up is jumpin outta the hole lol set the hook and end up fighting and landing my pb chain pickerel a real slob!!! I didnt have a scale but am confident to say this fish was evrey bit of 7 or 8 lbs!! Right away jimmy live bait looks up state record turns out sr is 9 lbs 3 oz caught in 1957. Wish i had a boga with me i dont feel that this fish was 9 lbs but now really has me thinkin might been barely o well glad to be out there!
