Lightbulb Raritan River 5/25

Took a tour of the mighty RR today. I started at the Finderne ave bridge looking for Smallies or Walleye. Managed to pull 3 nice Smallies out of there. Next spot I hit was in Raritan, pulled 4 Smallies out of there, 2 dinks, 1 around 16 and a Whopper at 20 inches and about 4 lbs. I gotta say they were all very aggressive fish, smashing the lure today. I ended up at SBB to end my day, got 4 crappie on a white mister twister. Small crappie, called it a day and now its MILLER TIME!!!! TIGHT LINES!!! HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND EVERYBODY!!! Stay away from the GOONS AND HOOLIGANS on the big lakes this weekend!!!

OH MAN, Its been a while since I fished for Smallies. I always get a couple jigging for walleye on the delaware, but today was great just concentrating on the BRONZEBACKS!!! It reminded me of younger years when me and my buddies used to catch em in the Rahway river, GOOD TIMES!!!
