Hit Spruce Run with the wife on Saturday from 10 to 3. Tried all kinds of stuff in all kinds of places but got nothin. With warmer water and cloud cover I was hoping something would be working. Oh yeah the wife did get 1 LM. Evidently the pattern was: Find a small tree standing in 2 feet of water....throw a spinnerbait into the top of the tree...shake it loose...and as soon as it hits the water catch a bass. Turned out to be a nice little fish

Pic below.
On Sunday fished the Musconetcong River with a buddy of mine for about 3 hours. Ended up landing 6 Rainbows with a bunch of follows and hook ups that got off. All were of the typical stock variety with one nice one about 2lbs. 1/8 oz Panther Martins black/yellow dots gold blade had the most action but a 1/8 oz black hair jig got the big one. (Thanks again Wilson and Andy!)
