![]() Hit the streams again because it’s been windy as hell out here lately. On top of that the boats not ready to go yet. Hopefully by next weekend. Bounced around the Musky in the AM and put a hurtin’ on the Bows with the plugs. You had to pick and choose your spots as the water was running high but clear. Got around 6-7 in short order. Changed gears and headed off to the South Branch for some more run and gun Troutin’!!! Managed a few wild Browns between 7-10 inches on the jigs! They were super feisty today. Switched back to the plug and got absolutely crushed by a big Trout! Fish was digging deep running up and down the river like a maniac! Then the fish went in between a set of jagged rocks, I thought I was screwed! I got her out finally and saw color! It’s a big Tiger Trout, much fatter than the one I got a few weeks ago! I couldn’t believe the colors on this river specimen! She was magnificent in every way, nice full white tipped fins, phenomenal color pattern throughout her entire body, just the perfect Trout! She was thick and healthy for sure. Fish measured 20 inches and was safely released after the epic battle of course! TIGHT LINEZ ALL!!!
