Everything will be closed by then. I already asked couple of places, I usually hit up before these trips.

If I'm not mistaken Frankies Bar & Grill is open to 2:00AM. Go Over Manasquan Inlet Bridge Two lights, left hand side. Right off Arnold Ave. I love this place.

The Sand Bar in Brielle says they're open till 2, kitchen till 10 for full menu. Till 11 for apps.

Good to know, I get home from work at 8pm. Still have to do some last minute running around. Plus, I'll probably be already on a few by then.
