I guess news 12 was right in the long run About the bay not getting hit as bad as the coast.

Depends on definition of bad... is breaking 12 footers on the beach bad for erosion?

Is a four foot tidal-storm surge above normal high tide bad with only 2-3 foot waves?

In my opinion if no one got hurt or killed it could have been worse.

I hope no one lost property as well. Looked like down south really got hammered with water running thru the streets like a river.
