nj opening a week later than pa is annoying, my fave strigoi & crappie holes in nj are stocked & i'm locked out.

I was trying to take my son for Crappie and Bass. Same issue up here. Everything closed for the Trouser Trouts.

For anyone joining us punch in 104 Ravine Rd. Pohatcong NJ. We will be downstream from the foot bridge. Look for the Chevy pick ups and the fire pit and flags. Easy peasy. 1 week from the debauchery!!!

For my people coming from the north and east. 78 west to exit 7. Get off and fly by the TA truck stop. Drive down Rt 173 for a couple miles and bang a left onto Ravine Rd. It’s a one lane road in the valley so be careful and don’t drive off the cliff. Haha! If you drive through the Tunnel you’ve driven too far. Back up pull out your camp chair and join us by the fire. TIGHT LINEZ!!!

Trout opener wrap up! We came we saw and some of caught fish but most were there for a good time and great food. Grilled chicken, sausage and peppers, taylor ham, bacon, bison burgers. You name it we had it. Fishing for most was on the slow side. Water is pretty low in most spots. I got about 2 dozen stockie bows but couldn’t find a big bruiser anywhere. Yesterday was a great time. Thanks to all that came out to join us! TIGHT LINEZ!!
