They can as can any other jig. Depends on the day.
Spring inshore I’ve had success with small Ava 3 oz gold or silver
Hammer jigs. The trick to jig fishing is trying different
Things until you figure out what works. Some days jig
Some days teaser other days bait. I have caught large
