I tried them once and that was it for me. I tried to play it off as chicken to my wife. She wasn’t fooled and wasn’t too happy.

I gave a snapper to a Chinese restaurant a few years ago and they gave me Chinese turtle soup. The meat looked and tasted like white meat chicken. It was much better than snapper soup in an American restaurant.
