$4200 boat costs

Lunch, water etc averages over the years another $400.00 or $10.00 PP
So $4600.00
Paypal takes $3.78 off every sign up also

So Trip was based on 40 @ $120 = $4800 leaving a paltry $200.00 minus paypal fees to RFA plus raffles and 50/50

As you can see this is NOT a winner for RFA-NJ but I do it every year to try and help us recreational fishermen and we usually have a great time. Could use 10 more but if not I will pick up the tab and donate the remaining spots to Wounded Warriors and a Take a Kid fishing group. However it would be nice to just fill the trip and donate to those groups as well
.
Worse case we could ditch lunch and you bring your own saving 3 -4 spots.

Either way we will SAIL with the same guys that step up every year !
BYOB is the way to go

Dave thank you and the RFA for your combined efforts coordinating this trip all these years and on-going efforts representing the recreational fishing community. I don't think any of us realize the time and effort involved putting these trips together so again thanks for all your hard work. As far as lunch, I never expected lunch and I think everyone in my group is planning on bringing something so no big deal for us if it's "bring your own". I'll bring some Sloppy Joe sandwiches again for the boat. All about supporting the cause and having a good day on the water with friends.

I got a feelin guys, this trip is going to be big!
What a better way than to be on board when the Fluke finally start to bite, which I think is gonna start to happen within the next several days!

If these guys don't catch them.....No body will!!

Let's do this!!

You are the current reigning chump. I do NOT recall you winning on multiple trips and it ain't never gonna happen Additionally you will be forced to change your avatar when your reign ends on June 29th. Maybe Shrimpman should lend you his Bull's Eye t-shirt

That's funny but true! Yesterday was the June full moon, should bring a new body of fish in. Air temperatures forecast for 70's and 80's next two weeks, water temps should warm a bit. If someone knows where the shut off valve is for this frigging rain, would appreciate using it!

Never know unless you have a line in the water. If by chance fishing is picky, Dave's going to give a seminar on techniques to catch silver eels and how to get your line caught in the boats props........all free of charge:>)
