Amount of sea bass harvested is WELL BELOW what the regulations allow. This is the constant recreational Fishing fight. Regulations were set on 12.5" size and a bag limit of 10 per person in a season length with an approx but known number of anglers so therefore if ALL the known anglers fished every day and caught their limit it should NOT hurt the stock based on the regulations and their data used to set same. Well its obvious that ALL the anglers did NOT fish everyday and very few got out. Those that did got their limit but due to weather and in general effort being down we should not be punished next year. If anything we should be increased.
