Fluke simmered in fresh white clam sauce.....steamed clams and fluke fillet over linguini, fresh shaved pecorino romana with crusty garlic bread tonight !!!! Mmmmmmmmm... Mmmmm ...Good...... A little Sauvignon Blanc on the side. Tasty !!!! Almost as good as Kielbasa !!!
