I'm stuck at work today so it's a moot point, but if I had the day off, I would fish the South Branch of the Raritan. There are plenty of put-ins for kayaks and canoes that the state hasn't chained off. I guess the same applies for the Passaic if you know where to launch. .

this really sucks. rvr fishing ramp being closed. just punishing the citizens of the state who pay ridiculous taxes. and yeah of course, the casinos, lottery and toll booths stay open, they are apparently just as crucial as police and fire department. what a load of BS. no wonder we are considered the most corrupt state in the nation. did you guys see the pictures of our governor enjoying the beach all to himself today?
