Just a quick question Since sea bass season
Has multiple time frames in the same year Why take the cuts out of one part of it In my opinion although not necessary to Reduce the limit why not make the spring Season and winter season the same limit

i have one question,if the gov agencies know they are using old data and know
that certain fish stock are rebuilt then why do we have to keep fighting to remind them.......or is it that they just could care less.
