Why we started at the West Branch when the water release went from 160 cfm to 1400 cfm in one day is a little baffling
 Was 28 degrees, damp and cold. Saw an Eagle land in a tree top 100 feet from me. That was the highlight for the early AM. Picked up from the West Branch and moved to the main stem...right move. Pretty good day after the move, it finally warmed up a little and the wind laid down. I guess we had about 10 Trout and hand full of SMB landed and a few drops.. The first two photos are the before!
