pure flouro doesn't stretch either really so i would def loosen the drag, make sure the hook is razor sharp too. I like my hooks to be so sharp they're able to puncture my skin without me even feeling it...but then again i'm a psycho...

My drag the first 2 times was set pretty low so I'll just loosen it a bit more. I normally don't have any issues its just this one damn fish. It's pretty darn sharp I know it was set since I could see it but sharpening it can alway help!

Single hooks hold better than trebles so try a soft plastic with an exposed hook.
