Crickets!?!?!?!? Well I suppose the contest had to wind down eventually. It was a good one no doubt. The first annual NJF ICE CONTEST ends tomorrow ladies and gents. Get those last minute entries in if there are any. What a year on the HARDWATER! 2 long seasons in a row for NJ. These kind of conditions don't occur too often in our little state. Hope everyone enjoyed this EPIC ICE SEASON! I'll be contacting all winners via PM or phone this Sunday.

it truly was a great season.ice from the end of December to the middle of march was just fantastic.Eddie you did a great job!!!!!! and thanks.congrats to all winners and thanks for all the pics.

Ditto on that! You did a quality job organizing this contest, Eddie. I had a blast participating. Adding a touch of competition to anything always fires up my engine! Hopefully we get ice like this for years to come. I've been told, and do believe, that weather conditions like these are cyclical. If that's the case, we hypothetically should have a few more years of ice like we've had... Fingers crossed!
