January STARTS my tog season and today was a good start! Unfortunately Capt Cranky was not feeling well and couldnt come up for the annual event, but Jimmy in Point worked overnight and joined me


FINALLY met Joey da Fish, semi surprised Shrimpman and was happy to lend Ryan a hand on deck when needed.

Only one for me today (plus a short) and certainly donated my share of lead to the sticky stuff! (Sam, check your messages!)

im going again tomorrow!

couple of things i learned today......
-JDF makes yummy chili
-you havent prepared your bowl of JDF Chili properly unless Shrimpman has personally instructed you on the proper technique
-Shrimpman gets a commission on all JDF autographs
-it is warmer on the sunny side of the boat
-with proper time management, i can arrive the boat, discover i left my jacket and slickers at home, go back home, get jacket and slickers and still return on time
-Shrimpy has abandoned his shrimp and now pounds snails to procure bait that doesnt produce
-you need to find ALL the silly string, it could FOLLOW you around all day...
-Capt Kenny puts you in a position to catch BIG TOG!

it was a good time with good peeps.congrats on the 13plus and joey thanks for the chilly.there were allot of laughs but the best was steve and the micro wave,kind of like the monkey and the football.

The meat and beans cooked in a tomato base was delicious. But It's STILL not chili if there are beans in it.

The silly string was planned perfectly. I let loose the whole can on JDF.

Always a please fishing the mimi. Very nice spending NYD with Sven, jimmy, Joey, nauti, tom and some other new faces from the board. Happy new year to all!
