Andy, Where do so many tires come from for them to be all in one spot? Did a junkyard get flooded out during a storm? They could not have come from too far away. Thanks for your concerns and efforts.

No. I pulled it out but was a good distance from my car and the terrain was not conducive for just rolling it out. I hung it around a tree well above the waterline. It may not look aesthetically pleasing but it should stay out of the river

I find many tire dump sites at the bases of ravines along roads many of which end up in streams in rivers.

Good work, if someone spots and removes the tire from the water, placing it where it's easy to spot, someone else will grab it! Taking the first step of removing it from the river, is the most important! If left in the water, it may be another year until someone spots it!
