Early = Spinners, rooster tails and panther martins. Some years gold, some years silver. For the breeders in the ponds, cant go wrong with a 1/2 oz. cast master.
few weeks in, all about the plugs. 2"-3" repalas. |

By far the CD3 rapala.....CANNOT fish with bait....these lures are so effective for numbers and GIANT trout......they really should be outlawed they are just that good........Capt. Dave

I have used Rapalas, Mepps, Rooster Tails which are all great lures.
But when fishing a lake or reservoir during stocking Thomas spoons are awesome. |

Plain old Panther Martin, gold, 1/16 oz. It will catch anything and everything but especially trout. Pinch dem barbs down!
