It amazes me there's any regard for scumbags like this when they show complete disregard for other people's safety and property. They should face the stiffest penalties allowed. How defense attorney's live with themselves in these situations is beyond imagination. The only good news is a three year sentence can quickly turn into a life sentence if they're matched up with the wrong cell mate (or right cell mate from our perspective) Can only pray they are and end up with a sore rudder!
