Default Re: Rod For TLD30

Here is more info on that JCT Combo Rod. Its shown with a different reel, but we build them for all types of reels, so your spacing may be a lil different.

It has the nylon slick butt, easy in & out of the rod holder. Aluminum seat & gimbal. 9-10 plus guides, to keep the action similar to a vertical jigging rod, while having the same action & power.

Its in a sense, a jigging rod made to do all 3. The pics will help describe it better, this one is part of a set that is going to get dropped off at Clarks Landing later today. Your reel would be a good fit.

The over all layout of the rod

The extra guides, add to the power, comfort and control.

Light guides, no need to always go with heavy guides, when you have a strong enough guide that works just as well.

Again, its just a suggestion. We hear about all of the positive things with the new vertical jigging rods.... well, we have worked on a rod that applies that same action & power to a multi purpose rod.

Its been our best selling rod this year. Took 3+ years to design, but well worth the wait.
