I can second that, that's one reason i really don't fish the streams till jan, feb, and beginning of march. I may not catch as many fish but almost all of my big fish came during those months. Your lucky to see one or two guys out then and i usually have the steam to myself. I quit trout fishing many years ago because i couldn't stand being elbow to elbow fishing for those little stockies. People tangling each other , walking thru the hole i was fishin and just plain stupidity! Oh I forgot we're in JERSERY!!!!!!!!LOL
