Same thing happened to me today on the Musky.....probably the same area. I could actually get the fish to bite on reaction strikes. I used Rapals and trout magnets, jerked across the top. Still frustrating and time consuming. We only ended up with a couple fish for a lot of effort. They only wanted lures that were swimming erratically.
