I fancy the relentless pressure from Amberjack.

There is a lot of "don't quit" in those fish.

but they are a more southern fish.

Up here, I really like Bluefish for the pure chaos they create.

Both of these species will hit a jig like it's the only thing they've seen to eat in a week. AJ are just a lot bigger.
