Everything is fine in Toms River, I lost a tree but no damages. Drove to Brick to check boat at Comstocks and couldn't get close. I was called later and told boat was ok. Tried to get into Bayhead to check bay house and everything was closed.
Anyone get anywhere near Bayhead near the Yacht club?? |

Oceanport had some down trees and flooding by the river and creeks. My backyard was flooded at high tide in the River by me (10am). Stopped just inches short of flooding my garage and taking out my central air unit. Very lucky! Many houses on the river closer to Monmouth Beach had major flooding. Flooding during the '92 storm was more than 18" higher than this storm.

Never lost power in Bayonne. Did have cable go out for about 30 seconds. Had some seepage in my basement that I'm drying out now. Otherwise I fared OK. just took a walk around town and there were some blown down trees but overall nothing major that I could see.

Live in Wayne never lost power. Tons of tree limbs in the yard and I'm sure the valley is flooded from the rivers but the hills area is pretty clear of flooding. Did see a few power poles down and pse&g working on em on alps road.

Lost power around 8:30am and just got it back now (5:30pm) not bad all things considered but still, God bless the JCP&L dudes! All the rivers and streams up here are over their banks by no small margin and trees of all sizes are down everywhere. Just outside Hackettstown where I work a dam let go along the Musconetcong and roads are closed due to flooding...lots of trees down also closing roads and It will still be gusting pretty bad for a few more hours...what a Cluster F. hope the majority of the damage is over and not too many peeps got hurt/killed. Good luck to all, be safe and don't take any chances.
