![]() Made this over the weekend, but used jalapeņo peppers instead of the habenero's.....decided this when the sign on the habenero's said 20X hotter than the jalapeņos......outstanding appetizer sitting on the deck with a cold one!

![]() if you got any sea bass vacuum frozen it still is ok. just blanch it real quick in boiling water does not affect the taste mucch at all. is a great pAarty dish i served some at my house sat for da ufc fight from frozen sea bass and got told it was great ,was gone before i even got any!!!!!!

![]() You could do the same with porgies. I have had porgy and sea bass sashimi side-by-side, and the porgies were a better than the seabass.
