Lab, anyone who see's my body "NO's" that I was never into bodybuilding...I played around with powerlifting...like the fat guys in the olympics. And you know what? if I had to do it all over again I would NEVER touch a heavy weight.

And you're right...I meant C-note..

The bicep is gone..well I mean its still there but its just a big knot..when I had the rotator cuf surgery the doc said is was to far gone to reattach.
