Went ultralight jigging in a 40 degree Central Jersey lake this afternoon on a cool, sunny day with a light south wind. Saw 8 other fishermen catch largemouth bass, pickerel and crappies with minnows under bobbers. I caught and released 15 white perch and 7 yellow perch with Walmart red worm 🪱 halves on two gold hooks and a 1/32 oz unpainted leadhead jig on 4 lb test line. Landed 751 fish in 25 trips to the same spot with 3 containers of worms 🪱 this year.
