I used to fish this way traditionally in the back-bay/river. The last few years, I start off slow reeling 5-6" shads (casting) then as fish spread out, I go right to Mojos, no need for Stretches (and all those treble hooks :-)
The Mojo bite was insane last week. One on every 5 - 10 mins. Bunker chunks are starting to work as well.
