Fish Monger 6-17-17

Well today was my annual trip with the monger when I take a lot of my buddies from work. This year we had a few no go's so I had to add special guests to the crew. Myself, The DUDE, Butchie, The Fosch's, C-renz, Henry Kilo, Hook, Fisty Frankel, Philthy Orr, Da legend D. Arch, & famous luchadore El Dementia set sail with Hank, Trevor, Marie & Special guest Mate Roger.

Set sail @ 5:20am to a beautiful sea just a lazy swell. Got set up & it was game on drop n reel non stop sea bassing unlike I ever saw before. Fishing in 80ft we were catching fish anywhere from 20ft down to the bottom. Lots of legit humpbacks 2-3lb fish common & yours truly got a slob over 5lbs. Bounced around until we had our limit by 11am. Hank then took us for a few tries for flounder & ling & we got some nice trout & flounders but here the sea bass were thick as thives as well. With a few soldiers down(Italians are made for concrete) we headed into the barn a full boat limit of sea bass,a few dozen ling & 3 flounder. Really is ashame sea bass is closed as the fishing just seems to be getting better everyday.

Cannot thank Hank, Roger & Trevor for all their help & patience with the newcomers & of course our usual shenanigans. We ate & drank like kings & all the first timers again were shocked by the professionalism & passion of the Fish Monger Crew. See yall next Sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
