Kinda depends on how much money you want to spend. I got a Saltiga 15 for bottom fishing and I won't tell my wife what it cost.

A lot of people like the maxell hybrid too

Or you could find a used jigmaster.

Lots of choices. My one recommendation is to get a star drag, not a lever for bottom fishing.
