Restaurant Depot sells I think 40lb bags for around 5bucks. For that price it's totally not worth doing half the things the above wise crackers mentioned, lol. I have a big chest freezer, so I get a half a dozen bags whenever I go to RD and fill up the freezer. Lasts me a long time.

I'm pretty sure I can pour 40# of water out of my kitchen faucet and freeze it for <$5 , and do it with less effort than a trip to Restaurant Depot or other ice emporium.
