BOUNTY HUNTER-Stripers With The Brian Bonnett Charter, 11/16
The Brian Bonnett charter was on board the Bounty Hunter today. Completing Brian's group were Dan, Joe, Brian C. & Connor. Paul spent the early morning searching for Bunker Schools but good reads were scarce. Making a move of a few miles we found active bird play on schools of small bait fish with larger reads on the bottom. Putting out the TGT Spoons we had our first Bass on in a few minutes. The Bass were here in good numbers but it was frustrating when for every Bass we landed we had several hits & misses. Brian's crew worked a long morning landing 14 big Bass, keeping a 5 man Limit of Unders plus 1 Over which measured 47" and weighed in a few ounces short of 40 lbs. It was good fishing a great weather day and we made 5 new friends.
