Mad gaffer bottom fishing report Sunday 6/26

We had a very good day Bottom fishing yesterday, I flat out came home and fell asleep and didn't put a report up, so I'm doing so now . We had a very nice catch of ling , and some winter flounder . We had beautiful weather, and extremely nice people on the boat, which made it a pleasure to do my job. all in all it was a beautiful day . Most of the ling were very good size, and some were jumbos , big winter flounder , and few cunners that were the size of blackfish , Which give an impressive fight , and are just as good to eat as a blackfish . We tried fluking , on a lump , on the way home, but by that time the southerly wind had picked up, and the conditions were no good anymore . We have a Wreck fishing trip for Ling , and other bottom fish on Wednesday, and a limited shark trip , on Thursday, both look to be good weather days . We also are open boat fishing on Friday ,Sunday ,and Monday of the holiday weekend, these trips will also include some Seabass. call for information , and reservations.
