FISH STIX - 6/1 Good Striper Fishing today to 42lbs!
6/1 open boat crew of 6. My 2 yr old daughter has pneumonia and I wasn't able to run the boat today. Capt Darren and mate Aj had control today.
Anyway, I'll make it short and sweet. There were fish blowing up on top in schools of bunker. They caught some, lost some and missed some. Worked schools of bait until it broke up. (Probably the tide). Went and put out the Maja spoons and the same action. That died. Went back to look for bait and caught a couple more. Spoons back out and caught 2 more. Excellent day fishing. The guys went 9 for 13 on bass to 42lbs. 6 overs and 3 unders. Nice work guys! Capt Kris
