New York Rhode Island and Massachusets One Striper!
Will this help? One bass is the limit in those three states. Anyone going to spend that money in Montauk or Marthas Vineyard with a one fish limit????? Slowly but surely the Fisheries Management gurus will put the for hire boats out of business. How much money will these states loose in tourism? Going to be some good buys on Down Easter boats from the New England guys going out of business! No cod and one bass=poverty! I wonder what fish is next on there hit list.
