Well I guess its that time of year again. Back by popular demand is the NJF ICE MEET-N-GREET. Heading for the same grounds as last year, the one and only LAKE HOPATCONG. We'll be there bright and early on SATURDAY, JANUARY 31ST. Bring a friend, bring your mom and bring some venison and pork products for the grill. Last year was a blast on one of the coldest days of the year. I'm hoping for a good turn out again this year. Jumping on the ice at Barnes Bros marina. Pretty good area for jigging and you never know what you can pull up off the humps. Maybe some lucky angler will jig up a 63 inch Musky on a Swedish pimple tipped with a fathead, ye never know!

I'm really hoping to see you guys that entered the contest on the Ice this day. Meeting new anglers and bringing people together to have a great time is my goal. So mark your calendar, this ICE PARTY is a short 12 days away! We will have the grills going and my good buddy Bob will have the fire pit going strong for anyone that needs to stay warm. Trust me there's no cold hands when Bobs in charge of the fire, LOL! As far as food goes, bring whatever you want and we'll eat it up in no time. I'm probably going to bring Venison chili or meatballs, not sure yet. I do know that both items are damn good and will fly fast. Make sure you have toilet paper in the truck, I tend to have a heavy hand when it comes to adding the cayenne pepper, OOOOPS!
