Saturday morn stripes

Had plans on spending the day w my girl, convinced her to tan w a book up front while I fished in the little boat. Managed to get her up and we're on the water by 730 ish, trolling herring on a 6 rod spread. I picked off a few here and there in my usual spot, and around 930 I saw tons of marks on sidescan way out on the edge. Made a long slow U turn and got right on them. Downline went off, then a outside planer, and as were both fighting fish 3 more go off. I managed to shake 2 schoolies and she fought a tanker and I got 2 nice ones in. Sure enough the last planer goes sideways as were landing fish, 6 for 6 all fish landed, hers and the last one were tankers. Somehow I messed the gopro up and didnt get the pics of 4 fish together, was a killer shot. Afterwards I just ran 2 downlines thru them making passes, picked off a few more. Ended the day with 11 hybrids, and a 4-5lb cat that hit a high planer board line. She now likes fishing, she had the shakes after battling a fat hybrid......enjoy the pics
