Lots of heavy equipment and supplies over in the harbor. It's my understanding that they are replacing most of the fixed peers with floating docks. The only peers that will remain fixed are Franks (the one where the ferry docks behind Sissy's) and the fuel dock.
Going to take some time and I would guess once they sink the new pilings for the floaters work should go pretty fast. That is if the pre fabricated floating docks are available and I would image they are in short supply. GOing to be an interesting boating season for sure.
