I'm sure the hobie is nice but

but I fish on a used $400 ocean prowler with an $80. fish finder 3 days a week all summer in Raritan Bay
as well as ocean launches

There is something to say for cheap as well. I never worry about scratches or beating it up in the surf.

BUT DEF get a yak - I'll never party boat fluke again - catch more from the yak
