Jellyfish

Seen them on the Japanese menu and at the Asian market. 4.5 oz packet went on sale for 78 cents so I figured I'd try one. Came in 2 flavors. I got the spicy. Mixed it up and added a chopped scallion. Really good. Nice crunch and it was hot and spicy.
