OCEAN FLUKE REPORT SUNDAY AUGUST 31, 2025

Hey Gang,

We sailed with a nice crowd of Sunday regulars along with some new folks too which I'm sure will be back again.

We made a couple of quick stops on the way to the grounds and picked few nice keepers along the way. When we finally settled in it was a pretty slow pick on a keeper or two a drift with some short action.

Made a few calls and it sounded like most boats had the same type of action in a few different areas so we decided to stick it out.

By late morning early afternoon the fish started to bite and the fares onboard went to work. Handful of limits around the boat with Prowler Big Joe taking high hook with 4 keepers (orl). Tommy S. swept the pool with a nice fat 6.5lb flattie along with bagging his limit, ok short life and the usual boat limit with Sea Bass.

Back at it again in the AM leaving at 7 for our last summer fluke Marathon.
