AS MFC mtg this is crazy! SB closure motioned

DR.Pierce from Mass: Motion to to close rec SB in wave 6 from Nov 1 to Dec 31 from Mass to NJ in state waters. Motioned by Pierce and 2nd By Bullard.....WTF
