Default Tackles and rigs to bring for fluke party boat?

Hey all, i wanted to try out fluke fishing for the first time. Im a surf fisher and do some striper fishing on boats.
This will be my first fluke boat fishing so was wondering what oz bucktails and sinkers i will need and what kind of rigs.

My setup is
Lamiglas 7030BL 1~6oz 7ft rod.
Penn torque trqs5 bailed reel or VS200 both with 50# braid and 65# braid.
50# braid and 50# flouro leader is what i have. Can i use this or would it be too heavy?
I have bucktails ranging from 1oz~4oz and teasers. And sinkers 2oz~8oz.
What should i bring?
Also have some octo hooks and siwashes etc hooks in all sizes so any size i should bring pretied to my leader?
I usually catch flukes on the jetties with a dropper loop with a teaser and a bucktail on bottom with a gulp. Is this how its fished on the boat too?

Any advice or help would be much appreciated. Thank you
