The snakeheads are already well established at this point, it is not gonna matter.

*edit- The NJ Multi Species Podcast talks about this topic on this weeks episode. The snakeheads are not an issue

I didn't ask if it is going to matter or not. We have laws and rules in NJ.

I would buy a saltwater license (even though I don't saltwater fish that much anymore) If it only meant more law enforcement.

so that's still just a guy picking and choosing what laws/regs to follow... *exactly* the same as the guys releasing snakeheads... or the guys keeping short stripers in the sand. everyone thinks they are special and unique and the rules don't apply to them.

I don't care about snakehead one way or another, but how the state can compel me to kill anything seems rather dubious. Would love to see them try to prosecute a case like this.
