Had a destination wedding trip in St Lucia. We got out 1 day for some trolling action. It's a little different down there as some know it gets deep FAST! About a mile out baits in the water. Slow troll out in 4 to 5 footers. We started to see flying fish when we got to the 6 ft seas. About an hour in We see a larger blue marlin come up and hit the port teaser. He then moved over to the bent butt 80w and took a skirted ballyhoo but the hook pulled. He finally hit our last bally offering but the was on a 50w. After watching him smoke that reel down the the backer he broke off. It all happened in about 5 minutes. Rest of the day not a knock down. FYI 4 miles off the beach we were in 5000 feet of water, crazy! Happy spring time to work on the boat!! Video wouldn't load. Have fun. F.H.

Sounds like a fun trip! Got to love it when the man in the blue suit shows up.
