The Gambler came back from another good canyon tuna trip. Capt Mike had the boat down below Toms Canyon. The boat left dock at 9 and got to the grounds before 3AM. The first few fish were fought to the boat within a few minutes after the anchor grabbed. During the dark, customers wrestled 25 to 65lb yellowfin to the boat. Just before daybreak, the longfin started bite. Longfin ranged 35 to 55lbs. The guys that were jigging did the best on those. One angler did very well with the tried and true 8oz hammered diamond jig.
The water out there still looks really good and, weather permitting, the Gambler will be going out again on the night of December 7th. Some guys have already jumped on the chance but there is still plenty of room if you want to sign up. Just go to our website at gamblerfishing.net. If you have questions, please call Jill at 732-295-7569 Hope to see you aboard Capt Bob

Roll call the water is still there and the last trip was super fishing. One more shot to stock the freezer.
